Janabi announces open gate tear water Mosul Dam
BAGHDAD - The Journal News
Water Resources Minister Hassan al-Janabi, announced the opening of the gate water tear in the Mosul Dam, which has not opened 12 years ago.
He said al-Janabi, in a statement Wednesday, "We have managed to raise the level of the dam, which was fixed at 319 meters more than 12 years to 321 meters above sea level teams to try the safe operation of LPG gates water five run channel tear itself and examine the stability and safety of the dam and the effectiveness of treatments in maintenance continuous operation ".

"The levels of the Tigris will rise slightly over the next week and then to celebrate this achievement, and was on the psychological level of any faith in our ability to manage the dam under difficult circumstances."
