    Cabinet discussed during its regular meeting, on Tuesday, the second amendment to the Law of the Central Bank of Iraq and the draft e-Governance and allocation of funds to pay the dues of farmers.

    The voice of the Council of Ministers, on Tuesday, during its regular session on the draft law of the second amendment to the law of the Central Bank of Iraq and the release of dues of farmers within a week.
    "The Cabinet voted during the ordinary session of the day on the draft amendment to the second law of the Central Bank of Iraq issued by Order No. [56] for the year 2004 on the dissolved Coalition Provisional Authority and referred to the House of Representatives."
    He explained that "the Council of Ministers discussed a number of topics related to the agricultural sector and farmers and the transfer of wheat crop amounts to farmers' private banks and will receive their dues within a week," pointing to "the vote to support the work plan of the Commission Order Diwan No. [45] for the year 2016 towards electronic governance "He said.
    The Council canceled the Cabinet Resolution No. 17288 of 11/12/2005 and emphasized the role of the Federal Financial Control Bureau in supervising public funds wherever it is found and scrutinized according to the provisions of article 3 / For the year 2011 ".
    The Council of Ministers may instruct the Office of Financial Supervision to audit contracts whenever required.
    "The Council agreed to the Ministry of Commerce to conclude purchase agreements for rice and wheat in favor of the ration card with the boards of grain recognized by the Council of the World Cereal and its countries and within the specifications of Iraq, taking into account the prices of the stock market at the time of contracting to ensure transparency and the removal of corruption.
    He added that "the Council voted to approve the document on child protection and draft agreement on economic, commercial, scientific and technical cooperation between Iraq and the Government of the Republic of Hungary," pointing to "the adoption of the national strategy for the management of radioactive waste in Iraq."
