Committee discussed the services and reconstruction parliamentary, with the legal department of the Cabinet manager, agent Municipal Secretariat of Baghdad, and the Director General of Municipalities and director of agricultural land where the proposed amendments on the law sort of agricultural land and orchards located within the basic design of the city of Baghdad.
During the meeting , which was held in the presence of Chairman of the Committee MP Nazim al - Saadi, and its members, "examined the laws and articles on the topic, and paragraphs relating to the law of the agrarian reform of 1970, in addition to the article first contained in the origin of the draft amendments and types of waqf private land and Asnavh, as well as amendments to approaching the beneficiary which are required to bear the expenses of the new amendment to the competent committees sort of land. "
The Committee also discussed the "extinguish the right to dispose of agricultural land owned by the state and within the limits of phase under implementation of the basic design of the Baghdad Municipality and the municipality depending on the location ground, and kind compensation to the owner of the right to dispose of agricultural land owned by the state within the limits of phase under implementation, as well as how to treat land agricultural and non - agricultural and orchards located within the limits of phase under implementation of the basic design of the city of Baghdad and the competent municipality suspended by the Land registry recorded in its class. "
The MP - Saadi told the "morning" that " the committee meeting with specialists, came in order to finalize the law in order to reach a final formula for approval."
"The Commission is following the details of this law being one of the important laws that place limits on the excesses of agricultural land," pointing out "that the committee demanded special budget for the reconstruction of the liberated areas in order to prepare the ground for backfill residents of these areas to their homes."
He continued , "There are committees formed by a competent prime minister in all the details of the liberated areas and reconstruction."
As she noted the Vice - Chairman of the Committee, Amal al - Bayati, " the importance of the law, as well as it will not cost the state money amounts except sorting by class of agricultural land."
