    The second phase of the reconciliation agreement in the Barza district has left 664 people dead, including 103 militants heading north, the official SANA news agency reported on Friday.
    On Friday morning, the second batch of gunmen and some members of their families from the Barzeh neighborhood in Damascus went north, as part of an agreement to end the armed clashes in the neighborhood in preparation for the return of all state institutions.
    On Monday, a number of buses carrying the first batch of dozens of armed men and some of their family members left Barzeh area towards the northern countryside.
    The Syrian agency pointed out that the exit of the insurgents and their family members who reject the reconciliation agreement will be completed in successive installments in the coming days until the evacuation of the neighborhood completely of all armed manifestations in addition to the settlement of the situation of other militants in the neighborhood in accordance with Decree No. 15 of 2016.
    According to Syrian activists, reliable sources confirmed that the buses had moved out of the Barza neighborhood and launched into northern Syria.
    At least 12 buses entered the neighborhood of Barza on Friday morning to transport the second batch of gunmen, which was scheduled to take place on Thursday.
