    - Staffan de Mistura , UN mediator said on Monday , is expected to benefit Syrian peace talks to be held in Geneva this week to organize more compact and agreement was reached in the recent period to reduce violence , playing down remarks by Syrian President Bashar al - Assad , which reduces the importance of the talks.
