Sommer News: carried the Ministry of Electricity, the citizen responsible for the fluctuation of the power supply in Baghdad, claiming that the excesses of citizens on the networks and power transmission lines excluded are the cause of the decline in processing.
Said ministry spokesman Musab al-teacher statement I followed (Sommer News), said that "the main problem behind the fluctuation of electricity in the province of Baghdad, is the excesses of citizens on networks and excluded lines."
