    Babel (IraqiNews.com) The Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, has arrived in Babel province.
    A source within Babel Provincial Council stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “Maliki arrived in Hilla, center of Babel Province, to inaugurate the Medical Center for Cancer Diseases at Murjan hospital of central Hilla.”
