    The Washington Post

    The
newspaper said "the mandate and funding of the Special Inspector
General for Iraq reconstruction, which was founded in October 2004 is
scheduled to be completed in March next year and is a reference to what
has been described as the end of the trust's efforts and countless
failures in the major effort made by the United States in reconstruction
    since the Marshall plan.

And investigators in the Office of the
Special Inspector General for Iraq reconstruction have exposed dozens
of conspiracies to defraud the reconstruction efforts, including issues
of corrupt officers in the US Army.

    And the report said "senior
military officials they accept first-class tickets so they could hide
their bank accounts in the Cayman Islands and Thailand in the Office
trying to slip troops convert stolen cash wrapped in American flags and
other intelligent attempt detected to move stacks of stolen money into
the United States through stitched in Santa no'il.

    Have resulted in
investigations by the Office of the u.s. Inspector General for Iraq
reconstruction, recognition of 81 people including 47 military trials as
expected a lot because of the investigations and that the US
authorities recovered more than $ 189 million as a result of the efforts
    of the Office.
