Iyad Allawi: Religious authority calls for "civil state"!

Iraqi Vice President Iyad Allawi on Thursday expressed surprise at the Iraqi political forces, calling them "entrenched behind the sectarian walls" for national projects, while stressing that the authority adopted the civil state and demanded it through its speeches.
Allawi said in a leaflet on his Facebook page, read by Sky Press, that "the patriotism of the projects that are being put forward by political forces long behind the sectarian walls, is only the product of the health of the adoption of our national project and our steadfastness on it," pointing out that "And before, this stability has produced the adoption of religious references through its moderate discourse, the demand of the civil state, our basic demand."
He added that "although the seriousness and commitment of the sectarian forces in the national values that have taken the title of their political work at this stage, and the importance of alerting to their real motives and the possibility of touching on the essence of the original national project, Law".
