According to the academic economist , the stages of feasibility studies in various stages beginning with the opportunity of investment that is made available in one of the areas diverse economic , and then crystallized the idea stage a information gathering and research to support this investment opportunity and determine the purpose of the establishment of the project , and then conduct an initial feasibility study and detailed other and then evaluate the project and determine the profitability and feasibility of residence.

Economic and academic added Dr. Majid Baidhani told ( morning) that feasibility studies need to know the technical and financial aspects of any project in addition to the estimated cash inflows over the project for the purpose of determining the net return on investment. He Baidhani that feasibility studies are two types feasibility studies, preliminary feasibility detailed .
