A source for {Euphrates News}: the province gave the central bank a huge amount

(Baghdad: Al-Furat News) revealed a source familiar with the release of the authorities of the Kurdistan region for a huge amount in favor of the Central Bank of Iraq.
The source told the agency {Euphrates News} that "the central bank received money held in Iraqi banks in Erbil," noting "to transfer part of the amount as a payment to the bank first."
He added that "the amount received about one trillion dinars out of five trillion dinars," referring to "negotiations between the authorities of the region and the bank to hand over the rest of the amount."
The source refused to reveal the reason for the arrest, saying only that "the proceedings are related to higher authorities"
