The outgoing right-wing government this year cut estimated revenues to 3 percent, mainly after a 4 percent cut. Political parties generally supported this specific ratio after inflation and the cost of managing the fund were taken into account, to be more realistic for the future performance of financial investments. For the first time since last year, the Norwegian government spent more money on the fund than it did because of a drop in oil revenues due to falling fuel prices. Even if Oslo had stopped saving, it did not necessarily preclude the fund from accumulating on account of the proceeds of its investments and the impact of changes in the national currency exchange rate, which were sometimes favorable. Manage the amount The Central Bank of Norway is managed by the Norwegian Central Bank. Its funds are invested mainly in equities. Its share at the end of the second quarter of the year stood at 65.1% of the fund. The fund's contributions are distributed to about 9,000 companies, which control 1.3 percent of the global stock market capitalization, including 2.3 percent of the European stock market capitalization. He also owns many bonds (32.4 percent of his portfolio) and is gradually developing his activities in the real estate sector (2.5 percent of his assets). All these investments are made outside Norway, to avoid destabilizing the national economy. Investments are subject to ethical rules dictated by public authorities, prohibiting investment in companies that commit serious human rights violations or cause serious damage to the environment, as well as manufacturers of "inhumane" weapons manufacturers, tobacco producers and companies that employ a large share of their coal mining activities .
