[ltr][You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]BAGHDAD - The Council of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers held its fifteenth session under the chairmanship of the Secretary General of the Council of Ministers Mahdi Al-Alaq, in the presence of the Advisor to the Secretariat and the leadership cadres. Iraq transferred its implementation to a number of foreign companies (German, Turkish, Australian).
The committee's report pointed out that "a number of them have been canceled and the other part has reached high completion rates, including a hospital in Najaf with a capacity of (492) beds with 93% completion rate and a hospital in Karbala with a capacity of 400 beds with 87% "These hospitals include sections for the treatment of cancer and are modern and advanced hospitals."
The Council also discussed the matrix of efficiency to determine the functions of the Secretariat in all its forms according to the functions stated in the Iraqi Gazette, classified the departments to (Upper, Central, and other executive) and match them with the communications issued by the Ministry of Finance and the Secretariat.
In a related context, the Secretary-General directed the transformation of the matrix vocabulary into real actions to improve the performance of Secretariat staff and the possibility of presenting it as a model for measuring performance in government institutions. Ending
