[ltr][You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]BAGHDAD, Nov 13 (KUNA) - The Ministry of Education announced on Monday the most prominent of the press conference held by Minister of Education Dr. Muhammad Iqbal Omar al-Sidli, pointing out that the most prominent decisions are:
• Approval of the addition of one degree of critical grades to the unfinished stages of one lesson per student.
• Address the cases of the completed stages of the previous years for the students of Nineveh province (sixth primary, third intermediate and sixth level) through three mechanisms:
- Regularity of regularity and consideration of previous years years not to fail.
- Submission of the external exam within the age group to which his or her membership has been excluded from the external examination rules (preliminary exam).
- Regular attendance with his peers and subject to what they are subject to regardless of age.
The student has the right to choose any of the above options with the consent of his guardian.
• The Directorate of Nineveh Education was directed to prepare a package of additional lessons and on public holidays to facilitate the materials for the students and help them to choose the stages.
• Directing the schools of excellence to keep the students who are qualified for this year only an exception to the system in order to take into account the circumstances experienced by the country.
• Discussion of the Council of Ministers and the Ministry of Finance and submit a proposal to install the paragraph to allocate functional grades to the provinces of Salah al-Din and Nineveh and compensation after being deprived of them during the years of occupation by the Daash, and call the Finance Committee in the House of Representatives to add to the budget in accordance with the conditions of the two provinces.
• The Ministry of Education continues to suffer from non-payment of financial dues this year and the Board of Directors last year, despite the confirmation of the Prime Minister and directing the Ministry of Finance to pay the dues.
• The reconstruction of the liberated areas was signed by the Reconstruction Fund and not by the Ministry of Education. However, we have high coordination between the Ministry and the Fund to guide destroyed schools with a description of the rates of destruction in them. We also make it clear that the financial allocations go to the reconstruction fund in full and this does not prevent the ministry from communicating with organizations. The various international rehabilitation schools, and we have already got some opportunities in the construction and rehabilitation of a number of schools. Ending
