    The Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers Mahdi Al-Alak, the preparation of an important study to assess the damage suffered by Iraq as a result of terrorist operations carried out by Wahhabist elements.
    "We have recently completed the preparation of an important official study to assess the damage caused to Iraq by the terrorism of al-Da'ashi and the losses caused by infrastructure and economic and service facilities," Al-Alak said in a press statement.
    "The study will be issued in the form of an official report soon after the completion of the final audit."
    "The efforts of the Crisis Management Unit are focused on sustaining the momentum of rehabilitating basic services in the liberated areas to ensure the success of the plan in bringing the rest of the displaced back to their areas," he said.
    "Most of the displaced are residents of Nineveh province, so we started a big job on the right side of Mosul. As you know, this area has been almost completely destroyed, so we need great efforts to provide services. I expect that by 2018, The effort of the state to return the majority of displaced persons to their areas of residence. "
