Saudi Arabia plans to keep January oil exports at 6.9 million bpd

Saudi Arabia, the world's largest exporter of crude, plans to keep its oil exports in January at 6.9 million bpd, an oil exporter familiar with Saudi export plans said.
The demand for oil is "strong and strong" in Asia in particular, the source said.
The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) and non-OPEC producers, led by Russia, agreed last month to extend oil production cuts until the end of 2018 as they seek to break the global supply gap while hinting at a possible early exit from the deal if prices rise too much in the market.
