The Norwegian parliament voted to give Iraq 50 million dollars to help with the reconstruction process.
Foreign Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari received a copy of the credentials of Touna Elisabeth Bakfold, Norway's new ambassador who is not resident in Baghdad.
