    The director of the Basra Oil Company Ihsan Abdul-Jabbar that the completion of the receipt and delivery of Majnoon oil field from Shell at the end of April next year.
     
    Abdul Jabbar said in a statement that the procedures to receive and deliver the facilities of Majnoon oil field with the contractor operator of Shell is still continuing that the process ends during this period may extend to the month of June, noting that the Basra Petroleum Company is currently in the process of receiving documents, data and tasks as well as Replace a number of Shell leaders with another Iraqi in some important ports in the field.
     
    Abdul-Jabbar added that the Iraqi state has allocated large amounts of money upon receipt of Shell to create a system of work and standards that would reach the production capacity of 235 thousand barrels per day with an effort to increase those capacities to 400 thousand barrels per day by 2021, adding that the Basra Petroleum Company will adopt With the standards adopted by Shell which are international standards.
