Parliament resumes its first session of the last legislative term

The parliament on Sunday resumed its first session of the last legislative term, headed by Salim al-Jubouri, while announcing his agenda.
The Information Service of the Council in a statement that "the parliament resumed its first open the second legislative term for the fourth legislative year," indicating that "the Council began its report and discussed the law of the House of Representatives and Chiklh."
"The session will witness the completion of the vote on the draft law of the Nursing Syndicate, the report and discussion of the proposed law of the House of Representatives and its composition, and the report and discussion of the draft law amending the Penal Code contained in the Penal Code No. 111 of 1969 amending and other special laws No. 6 of 2008."
She added that "the parliament will discuss during the meeting draft law on the rights of Turkmen, as well as the report and discuss the proposal of the law of Samarra, the capital of Islamic culture."
