    Information / Baghdad ..
The Iraqi General Authority of Customs announced on Saturday that it has not yet officially notified the decision to exempt Jordanian products from customs duties as agreed with Jordan recently.
"Any administrative orders exempting Jordanian products from customs duties have not been received by the Authority," the newspaper Al-Ghad reported in a news item.
Al-Ragheb added that "Customs is an executive authority for instructions and orders issued by the Ministry of Finance as a supreme authority." He stressed that "in the event of any directives regarding the exemption of Jordanian products, we are obliged to implement these orders immediately."
The spokesman of the General Authority of Customs reiterated his confirmation on "the payment of fees and fees approved (ie on Jordanian goods exported to Iraq) - until the arrival of orders that direct us to exemptions or reduce."
It is noteworthy that the Minister of Industry, Trade and Supply quoted judges said last month that Iraq will apply the decision to exempt 371 Jordanian goods from customs duties to enter its markets earlier this year, "which did not happen until now, according to the newspaper. Ending / 25
