    The Ministry of Oil announced on Saturday the transfer of the FAO refinery project, which includes a petrochemical complex, to China's Power Java and Narco, pointing to the announcement soon inviting investment companies to participate in the projects of Anbar, Qayara and Dhi Qar refineries.
    "The Ministry of Oil has referred the FAO Refinery Project, which includes a petrochemical complex, to China's Power Java and Nerco," ministry spokesman Assem Jihad said in a statement.
