    (Baghdad: Al-Furat News) Prime Minister Haider Abadi, the seriousness of the continuation of the government in the economic reform of the country.
    "Abadi held a meeting with the ambassadors of the G7, the European Union ambassador, the World Bank representative and the representative of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP)," a statement from his office said. 
    He added that during the meeting, they discussed boosting relations with the major industrial countries and supporting Iraq in all fields, stressing that Iraq is taking correct steps in the field of reform and development of its capabilities, pointing out the importance of working to make the Kuwait conference a success. 
    Abadi stressed during the meeting on "the seriousness of the government and its ongoing work in the economic reform of the country," noting that "Iraq is currently working with the World Economic Forum to coordinate the mini-Davos conference in Iraq."
    "The importance of accelerating the steps that stimulate the economy and create jobs and raise all obstacles to investment after the victory and the need to pay attention to meet the needs of all areas of Iraq." 
    For their part, the ambassadors of the major industrialized countries, the European Union and the World Bank representative expressed their great support for the economic reform in Iraq and their serious participation in the Kuwait conference. They reiterated their "continued support for the economic reform program and their strong stand with Iraq as it fights the construction and reconstruction battle and welcomes the steps being taken by the Iraqi government to attract expertise. And international companies in various sectors. " 
    The World Bank representative also confirmed that "the Bank completed the special report in analyzing needs for reconstruction to be launched at the Kuwait Conference."
