    [rtl]The head of the bloc MP Ali al-Badiri said in a press statement that "the completion of the second reading of the law of the general budget for 2018 is dependent on the completion of the quorum for the meeting tomorrow." He pointed out that "the withdrawal of the Kurdistan Alliance will disrupt the quorum."[/rtl]
    [rtl]He added that "agreements with the majority of the political blocs and oil-producing provinces are not settled so far," stressing that "there is a tendency to pass the budget by majority."[/rtl]

    [rtl]The parliamentary Finance Committee confirmed that the approval of the financial budget law for the current year will be extended to the month of July, noting that the possibility of approving the budget before the elections.[/rtl]
    [rtl]The decision of the Finance Committee of Parliament, recently, the government responsibility for delaying the adoption of the general budget for 2018, stressing that the government delayed sending the budget to the House of Representatives, which was scheduled to send on October 10, but was sent on 30/201/2017 and thus delayed approval generally.[/rtl]
