    Information / Baghdad.. 
    The head of the Mandaean Parliamentary Bloc, Osama Al-Badri, revealed today, Saturday, that the draft of the Minorities Protection Law will soon be presented for the first reading in the House of Representatives.
    Al-Badri told Al-Maalouma Agency, "The enactment of the law is a guarantee of the rights of minorities, and compensation for the job grades of the Christian, Yazidi, and Mandaean components in ministries and agencies." 
    He added that "the coming days will witness the law being put forward for the first reading, stressing the need for minorities to engage in state institutions." 
    He added, "Parliament will work to legislate laws that guarantee the rights of minorities." End/25H
