Parliamentary law reveals the reasons for not passing the Federal Court Law

Al-Ardi said in a statement, that " [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/2988/%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%85%D8%AD%D9%83%D9%85%D8%A9 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%A7%D8%AA%D8%AD%D8%A7%D8%AF%D9%8A%D8%A9]the Federal Court[/url] law of the important laws and there is a difference on the number of experts jurisprudence, where there are those who demand four experts."
She added, "There is another point of contention, which is nominated members of [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/2988/%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%85%D8%AD%D9%83%D9%85%D8%A9 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%A7%D8%AA%D8%AD%D8%A7%D8%AF%D9%8A%D8%A9]the Federal Court is[/url] the Supreme Judicial Council or political blocs."
She explained that "some of the blocks with the increase in the number of members of jurisprudence and Sharia to 4 members and others reject," pointing out that "the next legislative chapter will see the resolution of all disputes on the [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] the Federal Court."
