    The Presidency of the House of Representatives decided on Sunday to resume the regular session next Tuesday after the vote on the second amendment to the electoral law.
    A parliamentary source told (inform) / that "the parliament voted on the proposed law of the second amendment to the law of elections of the Iraqi Council of Representatives No. 45 for the year 2013."
    He added that "the law gives the right to 20% of the general community members have the right to run from the holder of a preparatory certificate or equivalent to the upcoming parliamentary elections," pointing out that "the House of Representatives decided to resume its meeting next Tuesday."
