    On Monday, April 29, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research set a date for the start of submission for postgraduate studies, while it decided to accept the martyrs of the popular crowd outside the acceptance plan.
     
    The newspaper "Sabah" official in the news seen by "Trend Press", a source in the ministry as saying, "The Ministry has set the date of April 29 next, a date for the start of the submission of postgraduate studies of higher diploma and master's and doctorate," noting that "the ministry will postpone To provide graduates (2017 - 2018) who wish to apply for postgraduate studies, to next year to avoid the problem of the second round or delayed issuance of the graduation order.
     
    The source said that "the ministry recently announced the regulations and instructions of submission, which states that the rate of applicants for the master's degree is 65 percent and not more than 45 years old, and the rate of 70 percent and not more than 50 years for the PhD."
     
    He went on the source, that " has been applying an exception to study the Higher Diploma from the average policeman and age, as well as allowing graduates of community colleges Apply similar to their colleagues in government colleges, and stipulated that the ministry gets advanced English language certificate TOFFL "  "and the leadership of Computing" of IC3 ".
