    The parliamentary committee on services and reconstruction said on Sunday that the law is concerned with agricultural land and gives the right to its owners to convert its sex from agricultural to residential, pointing out that it has opened all parties concerned with the land and obtained all the approvals to vote on the law.
    The member of the committee, MP Tawfiq al-Kaabi said in a statement to the "information", "The law of the release of land, has been working since 2014, where he worked during the past four years to obtain approvals from the concerned authorities and ministries that belong to the land," noting that " Excretion includes agricultural land only, without slums that were sold to citizens on the grounds that it is agricultural land. "
    Al-Kaabi added that "all agricultural lands within the basic design of residential areas and cut off the water quota for 15 years, are covered by the law."
    "The law allows the state to plan agricultural lands, to divide streets, school buildings, health centers and public services," he said, adding that "the law also allows the owner of the land or the buyer to convert their sex from farm to residential.
