An Israeli newspaper revealed on Saturday preparations for the Iranian Revolutionary Guards to launch a comprehensive war with the United States and Israel.
The newspaper "Maariv" Israel in a report, that the United States and Israel signed a series of military agreements with some of Iran's neighbors, including Azerbaijan, pointing out that the Iranians believe that Baku will allow the air force to Israel and the United States to take off from bases, near Tehran.
"Iran's Revolutionary Guard is preparing to attack these bases and warns neighboring countries of military and security cooperation with Israel," the paper said. "Iran considers its security to be a price-tag for the war for Americans and Israelis."
"The IRGC has decided to use the funds to fund a full-scale war against the United States and its allies if an attack on Iran occurs," she said. "Iran believes that the Trump administration is preparing for a direct military confrontation with it regardless of what it does on the nuclear agreement, Washington".
The US plan for the war, according to Iranian officials, is based on the broad Israeli onslaught against Hezbollah and other Iranian allies in Lebanon and Syria.
On the other hand, Iranian President Hassan Rowhani announced last Thursday, with Azerbaijan reached strategic and historical decisions, especially regarding the Caspian Sea and bilateral cooperation between the two countries, during a visit to the capital Baku.
"The results of these relations are constructive for the region and the world at large, and Iran is safe when Azerbaijan is safe and is on the path of progress. Iran is on the same track," Rowhani said.
