Announced the decision of the House of Representatives Imad Juhna, that «the Presidency of the Council of Representatives is preparing for a meeting of the House of Representatives mid-next week, in consultation with leaders and heads of parliamentary blocs and committees to participate in the meeting, noting that« will be notified all deputies and blocs and representatives of the provinces to attend the meeting and achieve a quorum to vote on Legislation and laws.

He stressed the difficulty of ensuring the achievement of a quorum at the upcoming meeting, attributing to the concern of most of the deputies and their political blocs campaigning, which started early before the official date next week, indicating that «there will be intensive contacts in the coming days to ensure urging blocs and oblige MPs to attend the meeting and a quorum full.

For his part, Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives Hammoud Hamoudi that the achievement of the quorum in the parliament session scheduled to be held mid-next week, is the responsibility of the political blocs.

Hamoudi said in a press statement that "the session on April 17 will be allocated to vote on issues on the agenda only, and if the deputies are committed to attend and complete the quorum, we will proceed to vote in succession on other important legislation," noting that "Otherwise the package of important laws will go to Next session ".

He added that "the quorum for the convening of the parliament session is the responsibility of the political blocs to oblige their deputies to attend," noting that "the duty of the Presidency is to hold the meeting either to ensure attendance and achieve a quorum falls on the political blocs."

The parliamentary legal committee announced that the meetings to be held by the House of Representatives until April 30 will be regular sessions and beyond it will be emergency or exceptional.
