BAGHDAD - The provincial council of Baghdad confirmed on Wednesday that all the measures of the industrial cities project have been completed since 2014 and the investment company that received the project has set the area for its stay and stopped for financial reasons, indicating that the project only needs to re-launch the financial allocations.
Al-Rubaie told "Iraq News" that "the draft industrial cities model, voted by the Council of Baghdad since 2014 by two cities, one in the grove and the other Rusafa and land was dropped on the side of Rusafa in Nahrawan near Camp Basmaya and transferred the project to an Iraqi investment company at a cost of 250 million dollars for 45 Year, and identified the area as a fence as a first step, "noting that" the work of the project stopped for financial reasons after the cessation of national and national banks from financing the investor. "
"All domestic measures are complete and the approval of the cabinet yesterday may be a complement to our approval, or maybe it is to refinance the investor again and release money to complete it because it is only dependent on the money," he said.
The Council of Ministers voted during its regular session held under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Haider Abadi on Tuesday on the project "the establishment of industrial cities model in Iraq".
