    BAGHDAD - The 
    coalition of state law headed by Nuri al-Maliki, Tuesday, talk about his alliance with the coalition of victory led by Prime Minister Haider Abadi, "early", indicating that coalition coalitions will be based on the conviction of the draft political majority.
