Syrian Airlines to resume flights to Libya

Mounir Ezer, Minister of Economy and Industry of the Libyan interim government, welcomed the decision of the Syrian Ministry of Transport to return Syrian Airlines to resume its flights to Libya.
"We welcome the decision of the Syrian Minister of Transport Ali Hamouda to restart the Syrian Airlines to Libya, and this step is an important step forward for the economy in both countries," he said.
"The return of the lines is a return to life between Syria and Libya, which will have a clear effect on the Syrian and Libyan streets with the existence of economic and investment interests of the two parties," he said.
The Council of Libyan Businessmen in Benghazi recently announced his country's readiness to participate in the Damascus International Fair from September 6 to 15 during its next 60th session.
