    The "Deal of the Century" is based on the Palestinians' acceptance of Abu Dis as the capital of their state instead of East Jerusalem, in return for Israel's withdrawal from some 5 villages and Arab neighborhoods in East Jerusalem and its north, to become the Old City in the hands of the Israeli government. That the Palestinian state would be without an army and demilitarized without any heavy weapons, in addition to the formation of an economic plan for the reconstruction of the Gaza Strip.
