A member of the Baghdad Provincial Council Saad Mutlabi, on Monday, that the Prime Minister Haider Abadi has a tendency to release dues in the province of Baghdad and other provinces Aswa Basra province.
Al-Mutlaibi said in a statement to Al-Mawlama that "the indicators confirm to us that Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi has a tendency to release the dues of the province of Baghdad and other provinces of the provinces budgets Aswa Basra province, which fired three trillions and a half."
"The trend comes after the disappearance of intimidation from the exploitation of these dues in the election campaign that took place last May."
