The head of the allocations committee in the Basra provincial council, Ahmad al-Sulaiti, on Monday, the opposition of legal texts with promises made by Prime Minister Haider Abadi to demonstrators in the province, pointing out that the budget law prevents the implementation of those promises.
Al-Sulaiti, according to the newspaper "Life" in London, "The promises of many Abadi hit obstacles and legal obstacles to prevent implementation only after the amendment, which requires time does not commensurate with the demands of the demonstrators to accelerate the implementation of the promised by the government."
