    Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, on Monday, that the demands of the people of the labs right and work to implement without exception, promising to achieve and improve services in that region. 
    "The Prime Minister Haider Abadi met today, a large delegation of residents of the area of ​​laboratories and listened to a detailed explanation of the reality of service, health and security and water and electricity networks in the area of ​​laboratories." 
    He added that "during the meeting was discussed the demands of the people and solutions, proposals and priorities," noting that "it was agreed to follow up the demands with the competent authorities and in coordination with a team of specialized residents of the area of ​​laboratories."
    Abadi said that "the demands of the people of the factories that have been submitted to us are right and we are working to implement them without exception and according to priorities," stressing that "demonstrations peaceful factories to demand rights and services legitimate right and we will respond to the demands of our people. 
    He added, "We issued directives to the province and the Secretariat of Baghdad and officials of the municipal departments during the last meeting to make the maximum effort to meet the services," pointing to "the launch of funding for a number of projects in the outskirts of Baghdad."

    "In the last four years, we have overcome the challenge of terrorism and the occupation of our cities in light of the financial and economic crisis and massive military spending," he said. 
    He called for "the unity of all Iraqis in order to prevent the recurrence of the disaster of military and security collapse and the fall of the provinces," stressing the "need to strengthen the victory achieved by the sacrifices and courage of Iraqis."

    He added that "the meeting of the delegation of the region with Prime Minister Haider Abadi, yielded the approval of the latter and its response to the demands of the people of the factories," noting that "the government agreed to turn the area into a district of Baghdad province."
     
    "The meeting also approved the paving of all the factories' streets and speeding up the completion of the sewage project," he said. "The government has also agreed to build hospitals and health centers in addition to the construction of a number of schools in the area."
     
    The residents of the factories began their sit-in last week to protest the deterioration of services in their area, demanding the paving of roads and the construction of hospitals and schools in addition to turn their region into a district, and the sit-ins closed the road to Diyala province.
     
    While the Council of the province of Baghdad and on the tongue of a member of the Council, Jasumeza Azzergawi in a press statement, the provincial council voted to turn the area of ​​laboratories to spend and approved a lot of services and infrastructure projects, attributed to failure to implement the lack of funds allocated to projects, The Council of Ministers allocated a session on Tuesday to discuss the conditions of laboratories and the needs of the region of service projects.
