The commander of the Quds Force of the Revolutionary Guard, Maj. Gen. Qassem Soleimani, has been inspecting the expansion of the upper threshold in the Iraqi city of Najaf, which Iranian specialists are carrying out, the Fars News Agency reported on Saturday.
"During this inspection visit, Sulaymani praised the efforts of the workers and those concerned and the moral and material support of the benevolent individuals," the agency said.
