    Pyongyang accused Washington of blocking efforts to normalize inter-Korean relations, calling on Seoul to rally Korean efforts and not to look at "others" to resolve the issues on the Korean Peninsula.
    North Korea's criticism of the United States comes on the eve of a planned visit by a South Korean delegation to the northern neighbor to discuss progress in relations between the two countries.
    "The United States is wrong about the Panmunjom Declaration and may consider it a pledge to implement its sanctions," North Korea's North Korean newspaper Roding Sinmun said.
    Whether the improvement in inter-Korean relations has violated Washington's interests or whether their cooperation has created cracks in the alliance between the United States and South Korea, the newspaper said, it stressed that "improved inter-Korean relations will not harm Washington."
    The North Korean website, Orimengo Kakiri, called on the southern neighbor to "not look at others when implementing the Panmunjom Declaration, and resolve all issues by mobilizing the nation's efforts."
    He also warned of the collapse of inter-Korean relations "in the case of dependence on external forces." Finished
