The Turkmen leader Jassim Mohammed Jaafar, on Monday, that Iraq will not emerge from the quota in the formation of the new government, pointing out that the elimination of quotas subject to change the Constitution.
Jaafar said in a statement to Al-Maaloumah that "Iraq did not come out of the quota. Everyone was contemplating going to the political majority.
He added that "it is clear that under the choices made in the body of the heads of parliament, the quota is left and more than the former may return to the selection of Vice Prime Minister," noting that "the year usual in each parliamentary session will change only by changing the Constitution, A presidential system rather than a parliamentary as a failure to run the country over the past years. "
Jaafar said that "it is known to all that the presidency goes to the Kurds, specifically the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, and the prime minister will be part of the construction, and may be the new government weaker than the previous," asserting that "according to the Constitution, the Prime Minister will be the share of the largest bloc, The choice of this character after the consensus of the political blocs on them means to return to quotas.
