    Oil expert Osama al-Tamimi said on Sunday that the price of a barrel of oil in the budget of 2019 needs to be adjusted, as it should be calculated on the pricing of the budget of 2018, warning of falling oil prices to the level of 40 dollars a barrel because of US plans and control of OPEC.
    Al-Tamimi said in a statement to Al-Maaloumah that "oil prices could drop to about $ 40 a barrel because of US plans and control over OPEC and push Saudi Arabia to increase production."
    He added that "the budget of 2019 needs to be modified by specialists in the financial, economic and oil, where the price should drop the price of oil to 45 dollars or less, that is the same as the price of the budget of 2018."
    Al-Tamimi said that Iraq does not have a clear economic and oil vision to rely on in preparing budgets. Iraq's debt should not be increased, especially with the fall in oil prices due to US policy. Ending / 25 n
