The House voted eighth minutes of the second legislative term of the legislative year, the fourth, which was held under the chairmanship of House Speaker Osama Najafi and the presence of 191 deputies on Tuesday, the Law amending the Law on Judicial Organization ended with the first reading of a single law, as well as discuss the report of the biscuits expired. In regard to the last completed Council first reading of the draft law on the fight against drugs and psychotropic substances and submitted by the committee on health and the environment due to the authentication of the Republic of Iraq and its entry into many international treaties related to narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances and to tackle the spread of illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs and psychotropic Iraq and the suppression of criminal gangs that operate mislead some groups people and encourage them to use those materials that pose a serious threat to human health and welfare and damage the foundations of the economic, social, cultural and moral in society and the purpose of adopting the rules of science in the treatment of addicted to narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances and to consolidate the Arab and international cooperation in this regard and to prevent drug cultivation or plants that draw them Psychotropic Substances or reduce them as a serious pest threatening entity of society and the development of deterrent penalties for growers or traffickers
On the other hand provided the investigative committee on the subject of biscuits school feeding expired preliminary report indicated it to their holding meetings with the Minister of Education, Mr. Mohammed Tamim and his agent, Mr. Ali Brahimi, in addition to the Committee on Health and the Environment in the House of Representatives as well as the director of the World Food Program in Baghdad.
The committee recommended in its report giving thanks and appreciation to the authorities of Jordan and the Jordanian House of Representatives and the Committee on Health which for their role in this regard, noting that the documents and information available confirms that the WFP has committed a clear violation of the laws and regulations on food safety and it bears all the costs of destroying meal biscuits or compensation amounts alternative valid for human use, as well as the need to enter into contracts directly with factories in Iraq instead of the food and not to allow the introduction of materials invalid or questionable in its terms of reference for the health and safety of students and the children of Iraq, stressing a defect administrative drafting legal correspondences official each from the ministries of health, education and planning The Media Council is the final results after the completion of the meetings with the ministers of health and planning.
The Committee confirmed its intention to hold new meetings with a number of officials, including Minister of Planning and seeking other documents in order to provide a final report to the House of Representatives soon. Then decided to adjourn the meeting until tomorrow, Thursday.
