    {Baghdad: Euphrates News} decided Presidency of the Council of Representatives to lift the parliamentary session on Monday to a lack of quorum to be held.


    [ltr]According to a parliamentary source inside the House of Representatives, told {Euphrates News} that "the Presidency of the Council of Representatives decided to raise its meeting, which was scheduled to be held on Saturday to next Monday, for lack of a quorum to be held."

    The Presidency of the Parliament has postponed the hearing half an hour to lack of quorum.

    He was scheduled to hold the House of Representatives on Saturday its regular ninth legislative term of the second legislative year fourth, to vote on the labor law, with the absence of the budget bill for his agenda.

    Lifting of the House of Representatives on Thursday, its last, which was scheduled to take place where the first reading of the budget bill, to Saturday, for lack of a quorum because of the province's Congress of the Iraqi List and the Kurdistan Alliance meetings.

    Baghdad/ NINA /--Head of the parliamentary Finance Committee MP, Haider al-Abadi, said : " The council decided during the Parliament hearing today to postpone the reading of the draft budget law of 2014.

    He added in a press conference today: "The delay was due to political differences and the reduce of the House of Representatives budget."
