    Arms export company in Russia that the contract with Iraq was not put into effect.

    The
    Moscow news agency news [Anatoly isaikin], General Manager [Bruce
    auboron export] that runs the majority of Russian arms exports, saying
    "it was a deal to sell weapons to Iraq last year but the deal is not
    implemented yet."

    ultimately will serve both parties."

    reports from the Iraqi Government continued its discussions with the
    Russian side to complete a deal worth 4.2 billion dollars although
    suspicions of corruption raised around, with the Prime Minister's media
    adviser Ali al-Musawi on 10 November last year in a press statement that
