The head of Iran's Trade Development Organization, Mohammad Reza Mudoudi, said that Iraq has become the first destination for exports of Iranian goods, exceeding $ 7 billion in the past eight months.
"Non-oil exports grew by 13 percent in the first eight months of the current Iranian year (March 21, 2018) and exceeded 33 billion dollars," Mudoudi told reporters on the sidelines of the first joint meeting of the development of exports of ICT services. The pace will increase until the end of the year / end on 20 March 2019.
Iran has overtaken India, China and Turkey in the Iraqi market, and Iran has become the biggest exporter to Iraq, with the value of the Iranian exports so far reaching 7 billion dollars, the head of Iran's Trade Development Organization said.
"We have an export capacity of 50 billion dollars based on current capabilities, and to raise the level, we are identifying giant export projects with a capacity of 10 billion dollars for the next three years.
