    The deputy governor of Baghdad, Raad al-Maksousi, on Thursday, there is a great tendency for the government and parliament as a control body towards the service file, especially areas of the outskirts of Baghdad, which has not received services over the years.
    Al-Mukassousi said in a statement to Al-Maaloumah that the Abu Dasheer area and all areas of the outskirts of Baghdad will receive services during the coming period, especially that the House of Representatives and the government are heading towards the service file as executive and legislative authorities.
