Fakhir said that due to the poor mobile services in Iraq in general and Maysan in particular, and the large number of violations and breaches committed by phone companies with the licenses granted to them, we would like to diagnose a number of violations, noting that the first of these violations is the non-proliferation of the company Cork in all governorates of Iraq, With other poor quality service provided by mobile phone companies throughout Iraq.
He added: «Of these violations is the failure to implement the terms of the license contract and the omission of many of the services referred to in the contract and the spread of fixed wireless service in all provinces as a relatively cheap service.
