The Cabinet approves the draft of the selection of the Chairman and members of the Service Council

The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers announced the Council's approval of the draft declaration regarding the selection of the President and members of the Federal Public Service Council No. (4) for the year 2009 amended according to the conditions mentioned in Article 5 of the Federal Public Service Council Law published in the Official Gazette. 107) of the Constitution, indicating that this was a commitment to the themes of the government program.
"Article (5) of the said law stipulates that the council shall consist of a president, a vice president and seven full-time members who hold at least an initial university degree provided that two of them are holders of a law degree and two others who hold a certificate of administration and economics, And one in medicine, engineering and agriculture. '
The statement added: "According to the law, the President of the Council and the Vice-President of the Council and its members shall be of the rank of Director-General. The Council of Ministers shall nominate the President of the Council, his deputy and members in accordance with the provisions of this Law."
The Secretariat added that the nomination shall be after the announcement by the Council of Ministers of the opening of the presentation in all the media, audio and video, and for a period not less than twenty days and not more than thirty days.
