    BAGHDAD - 
    The head of the coalition of reform and reconstruction Ammar al-Hakim, on Tuesday, the need to reject the presence of ground combat forces and foreign military bases on Iraqi territory. 
    "The head of the reform coalition received today, Speaker of the House of Representatives Mohammed Halbusi, and discussed during the meeting the latest political situation and the file completion of the government cab." 
    Hakim stressed the "rejection of foreign presence on Iraqi soil, especially ground combat forces and military bases," calling for "to strengthen the position of the government and its vision of the need for this presence." 
    He called for "concerted efforts of all to complete the government cab by appointing competent ministers who are characterized by integrity, competence and ability to manage."
    He renewed al-Hakim, "his call for a meeting of political blocs to end the situation of political obstruction in some joints," stressing "the need to take the priorities of Iraq, which need calm and political stability." Ending / 25
