[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]The Alliance for Reform and Reconstruction confirmed that the completion of the [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/92824/%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%83%D8%A7%D8%A8%D9%8A%D9%86%D8%A9 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%88%D8%B2%D8%A7%D8%B1%D9%8A%D8%A9]ministerial cabin[/url] will be decided after consensus on candidates for vacant portfolios."We have proposed to the construction coalition the right to veto any candidate of the reform coalition for the other vacant portfolios, and we also object to any of the candidates vacant portfolios provided by the construction coalition, specifically the internal defense portfolios," said MP Khalid al-Geshmi.
He explained that "to drop any candidate during the vote requires a new alternative to the House of Representatives to complete the [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/92824/%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%83%D8%A7%D8%A8%D9%8A%D9%86%D8%A9 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%88%D8%B2%D8%A7%D8%B1%D9%8A%D8%A9]cabinet cabin and[/url] can not be re-put the same candidate again, and this is the main point of contention between the two alliances."

"
He continued that "Article 76 IV of the Constitution provides for the Prime Minister of the candidates of the cabinet to give them confidence by the House of Representatives, and therefore must be present to display the remaining names.
